For Groups

Have you been writing down your dreams for years, fascinated but not sure why?   Tried to understand your dreams but drawn a blank?  Ever had a weird dream, one you could vividly recall?  Perhaps a dream that made you feel strangely excited, even though you couldn’t fathom its meaning?

Or perhaps you’ve felt frustrated, feeling you were only remembering fragments of an epic story, and wondered how you could better recall – and interpret – those fantastical sleeping adventures?

If the answer is “yes” to any of these questions then my short courses are for you!  I will introduce you to the world of dream exploration and give you tools for working with your dreams to get an understanding of their deeper meaning.  Group dreamwork gives an in-depth appreciation of the richness of dream symbolism and will make you more familiar with the incredible language of dreams making it easier to interpret your own.

“I loved the course, I learned a lot from this about dreams and found the experience of sharing in a group fabulous. I could have gone on and on – would love to do another frankly!”

Virtual dream groups via teleconference and skype conference offer a safe place to explore dreams with others.  Held over six weekly sessions the content is a combination of teaching and exploration.  Typically we do some “warm up” exercises that are also useful techniques for working dreams on your own. This is followed by a detailed exploration of one or two participants’ dreams.

“The course had a good mix of activities and information The two were integrated very well and I feel I have more than enough information to take this work further”

Group size is small so that during the six-week course you will have an opportunity to work up to 2 of your own dreams.  We learn a lot from other participants’ dreams as well as our own.

“I would HIGHLY recommend this course for anyone who is interested in getting a deeper understanding about themselves from their dreams. Jane is clearly very experienced and there is so much to be learned from sharing.”
